The biggest gross scoring buck taken with a bow, crossbow, rifle, shotgun, muzzleloader, or handgun harvested legally in Virginia(by state regulations). Deer must be checked in according to the Virginia state regulations and have a Virginia tag or confirmation number when being entered.
